The energy sector led the captures with R$44.6 billion in emissions in the year. Next come the transport, logistics and sanitation sectors, with volumes of R$15.95 billion and R$15.7 billion, respectively.

“It is also worth highlighting the lengthening of the average maturity term of debentures, which went from 6.1 years in the first nine months of 2022 to 8.3 years in the same period of 2023, reflecting greater confidence in the capital market”, stated Cristiano Cury, coordinator of Anbima’s Fixed Income Commission, in a note.
